Mortgage Israel was founded in 2003 to assist people in obtaining financing for Israeli real estate, both in the residential and commercial sectors. We were the first Mortgage company of its kind in Israel, catering exclusively to the international English speaking market and essentially introduced mortgage brokerage to the Israeli banking system. Our clients include local and international buyers and we work closely with local lawyers, various real estate companies, builders and other industry professionals. Our head office is based in the center of Jerusalem with another office located in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Adam Siegel grew up in Chicago where he attended Hebrew Theological College and DePaul University. After earning a bachelor’s degree with honors in International Studies, he received smicha from Yeshivas Bais Yisroel in Jerusalem, and is currently on the faculty of Bar Ilan University where he teaches Talmud and Jewish Law. Prior to making aliyah and joining Mortgage Israel, Adam was the founding director of the United States’ first Hebrew/English charter school. He also won multiple awards from Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and World Insurance for outstanding performance as an insurance broker on behalf of these companies. This background which combines education and finance enables Adam to clearly and succinctly explain all of the available mortgage options to his clients and to help them identify the ones best suited to their financial situation. Adam currently lives with his wife and five children in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Davi Katz grew up in New York and attended City University of New York, Queens, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, graduating with honors. He worked for four years as an Account Executive for Enterprise Fleet Services providing fleet consulting and management services to C-level executives in mid size companies throughout New York City. Davi brings a strong analytical background and a good understanding of macro economics to the Mortgage Israel team. His experience with a large US based service company, has made him a leader in customer care and service excellence. Davi made Aliya with Nefesh B’nefesh in 2002 and lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and five children.

Aaron grew up in London, England, and moved to the Shaarei Chesed neighborhood of Jerusalem in 2001. He studied at Yeshivas Midrash Shmuel, which he attended on a full-time basis for over 7 years. He has been working with Mortgage Israel since 2008, and has quickly built an outstanding reputation for professionalism and customer service excellence. Aaron is pleasant, hard-working, enthusiastic and organised, and he will always go the extra mile to give his clients the best possible results. His expert knowledge of the local property and mortgage markets, together with his critical thinking and adept negotiating skills, make Aaron one of the great assets of the Mortgage Israel Team. Aaron is also the author of a book containing over 175 essays on complicated Talmudic passages, and he currently lives with his wife and 2 children in Rechavia, Jerusalem.

Originally from Boston, Yisroel graduated from Vassar College and spent many years in the Washington, D.C. region, working for the U.S. government under the Bush and Obama administrations. As a healthcare finance policy analyst, he worked in the Department of Health and Human Services as part of a team that oversaw policies affecting $100 billion of annual payments made to hospitals. After making aliyah in 2010 to live his dream, Yisroel joined Mortgage Israel and took the opportunity to use his background in finance to help his clients realize their dreams and be able to purchase property in Israel.

Daniel attended the University of Cape Town, South Africa where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics as well as an Honours degree in Financial Analysis & Portfolio Management. After completing his studies, Daniel worked as a Private Banker at Investec Bank Johannesburg – an international specialist banking and asset management group. Subsequent to this, Daniel worked in Mergers and Acquisitions where he assisted companies sell for their maximum value and best overall outcome. Daniel is well organized, hardworking, efficient and effective which make him a great asset to the Mortgage Israel team.

Nava joined Mortgage Israel in 2008 and runs the main office. Her responsibilities include customer service, accounting and controller activities along with general marketing and client services. She previously worked as a manager of sales and customer service team at Orange Partner Communications, one of Israel’s leading cellular companies. Prior to this she worked at Deloitte Israel.

Devora joined Mortgage Israel in 2015 and is in charge of client relationships. Her responsibilities include customer service, bank compliance, and making sure every single client receives excellent service. Prior to joining our team, Devora worked in various customer service related roles in both Israel and Canada.
